Job Summary:
The candidate will assist in managing and supporting various operational and security tasks, including the facilitation of meetings, documentation, stakeholder liaison activities, and coordination of systems and processes. This role involves ensuring the integrity, compliance, and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and systems across the agency. The candidate will provide guidance and support for the setup, configuration, and tracking of mobile devices and assist in developing reports, tracking trends, and responding to helpdesk issues. Strong communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and protective security partners, is essential.
Base Salary/Pay: $80,000-84,000
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
  • Support liaison activities to resolve programming issues, nuisance alarms, and security concerns.
  • Review and recommend security policies and procedures for physical security systems.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures for data collection, entry, and analysis related to the Post Tracking System (PTS).
  • Conduct in-depth reviews and coordinate data integrity and status reporting presentations.
  • Provide law enforcement and protective security information briefings.
  • Coordinate Operation and Maintenance (O&M) efforts with Information Technology Division and support contractors.
  • Provide guidance on the setup, configuration, and implementation of PTS Onsite Handheld Devices (OHDs).
  • Develop and maintain processes for tracking mobile device compliance and implementation of Microsoft Intune.
  • Develop and update guidance documents related to PTS OHDs and Microsoft Intune implementation.
  • Assist in the development of national trends and analyses reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct statistical reporting and track issues reported by PTS users.
  • Coordinate with helpdesk personnel and regional teams to address reported issues.
  • Capture, validate, and generate data-based reports using PTS.
  • Gather, compile, and document requirements for Post Order Templates in PTS.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of (8) years of experience in project or program management, or related work with a minimum of (5) of the (8) in conducting analytical and support activities related to task area.
  • A minimum education requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data
  • Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or higher to include Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently
  • Ability to effectively manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Proven experience in meeting facilitation, documentation, and agenda preparation.
  • Strong communication and liaison skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of physical security systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting, preferably with PTS or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management, including setup, configuration, and compliance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and experience in developing process documentation.
  • Ability to conduct statistical reporting and trend analysis.
  • Experience in coordinating with helpdesk support and regional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance and training on technical processes, both in person and via MS Teams.
Experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data cleansing, and reporting, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong track record of working with multiple databases to compile, synthesize, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and expertise in Excel
  • Experience generating reports and delivering insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple data-driven projects simultaneously while maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Experience in identifying data inconsistencies, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ability to translate technical data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
