Job Summary

The Senior Logistics Manager will provide clear leadership, technical direction, and guidance to all lower level personnel in order to provide logistics support services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communication, Computer, and Information Technology (C4IT) Service Center (SC). 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicates effectively (both oral and written) with all senior personnel as well as other contractors, Government, and military personnel. 
  • Ensures all processes comply with Government policy, regulations, and directives. 
  • Ensures subordinates carry out all assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner per contract requirements.  
  • Travel may be required to support Calls issued under this BPA and will be specified in each call.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Senior Logistics Manager shall have a minimum of seven (7) years experience.
  • Experience and skills in managing logistics support functions, including the following: 
    • Provisioning. 
    • Logistics support analysis. 
    • Life cycle cost.
    • Component and system test and evaluation. 
    • Support equipment planning, acquisition and support.
    • Validation of provisioning, sustainment and support technical documentation.  .
