Job Summary:
Crisis1, LLC is seeking a Computer Programmer to provide Power Platform development support, including the development and enhancement of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. This position will support client business processes through application development, workflow automation, dashboarding, system documentation, process documentation, and requirements gathering.
This Labor Category (LCAT) is Computer Programmer - W3 or Equivalent and requires three (3) years of relevant experience with a BA/BS degree. The preferred candidate will be a junior developer who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into practical Power Platform solutions.
The current period of support is through April 12, 2027, with the potential for additional Power Platform support as requirements evolve. The position may be performed remotely; however, the resource may be required to attend in-person client meetings at St. Elizabeths/USCG Headquarters, 2707 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE, Washington, DC 20528, as requested by the client.

Salary: $110,000 to $115,000.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop, configure, test, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps solutions in support of client business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, approvals, notifications, and related activities.
  • Support dashboard development and reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with clear, actionable information.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to gather, clarify, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business and process requirements into effective Power Platform solutions and development tasks.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including application configurations, workflow logic, data interactions, and solution dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain associated business process documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other supporting materials.
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and implementation of new or enhanced Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and technical team members to review solution designs, demonstrate functionality, and incorporate feedback.
  • Support solution deployment, release activities, and ongoing enhancements to Power Platform applications and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing business processes using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
  • Follow applicable client development, security, governance, documentation, and change-management standards.
  • Provide status updates on development activities, accomplishments, risks, issues, and next steps as requested.
  • Participate in remote and in-person meetings with client stakeholders, including meetings at St. Elizabeths/USCG Headquarters when requested.
  • Work independently on assigned development tasks while collaborating effectively with project leadership, users, and other technical resources.
  • Provide responsive support for Power Platform solutions and assist users with issue identification and resolution.
  • Maintain organized development artifacts, requirements, technical notes, and other project records.
  • Support additional Power Platform development and related tasks as client requirements evolve during the period of performance.








Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination and HSPD-12 PIV card.
  • Minimum Public Trust clearance required; active Secret clearance preferred.
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience with a BA/BS degree (Computer Programmer - W3 or Equivalent).
  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and/or technical requirements.
  • Ability to develop dashboards and support reporting or data visualization needs.
  • Ability to create clear system documentation and associated business process documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, report on-site in Washington, DC when requested by the client, and operate independently and proactively with limited oversight while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
