Job Summary:
The Senior Management Analyst provides advanced analytical and program management support to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance across security and law enforcement programs. This role manages automated tracking systems for project milestones, suspense dates, funding allocations, and work status, while developing and disseminating recurring progress and statistical reports. The analyst independently conducts complex research and data analysis, integrating information from multiple electronic systems to produce analytical products and strategic recommendations. Additional responsibilities include managing program data and document workflows, supporting facility security assessment processes, ensuring accurate information-sharing through enterprise systems, and assisting in the development of system improvements and unfunded requirement packages. The position requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to apply regulatory guidance to support program accountability and mission objectives.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Maintaining automated systems to track suspense dates; maintaining project milestones; monitoring project work breakdown structure status; developing and disseminating progress reports; validating funding allocations; and preparing recurring status reports.
- Collecting information from technical specialists and program managers for input into a variety of electronic information systems; querying required data for transformation into standard reporting format for usage by program managers.
- Working independently to complete special research requests by extracting abstract data from a broad range of computer systems for development of an analytical product accompanied by strategic recommendations, as appropriate.
- Utilizing existing directives, regulations, guidelines and handbooks to assist with the implementation of program changes and reinforcement of existing requirements to ensure program compliance.
- Managing information, to include the uploading and downloading of data associated with law enforcement, physical security and security countermeasures program areas on the LESPM SharePoint site to ensure current and accurate information-sharing.
- Preparing completed and approved Facility Security Assessments, package binding, and distribution of final products for delivery to FPS management and/or stakeholders.
- Monitoring the LESPM electronic mailbox for the submission of recurring deliverables, security assessment document submissions, and other critical data pertaining to program and project management matters to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintaining accountability and preparing recurring statistical reports for Facility Security Assessments and Pre-Lease Survey submissions to the LESPM for review and processing.
- Assisting in the development of access databases and recommending modifications to current systems to enhance program and project management accountability and efficiency.
- Assisting in the package development of the unfunded security countermeasure requirements for submission to the FPS national Acquisition Review Board.
- Coordinating the collection of Forms 3155, Incident Reports; filing and maintaining accountability for the reports; cross-referencing missing reports against the 3189 reports issued by the MegaCenter; and preparing statistical data for program review.
- Minimum of two years of security-related experience in security, intelligence, or law enforcement fields.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office computer software applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint; and possess the ability to rapidly learn new or unfamiliar computer applications.
- Should be skilled in written and oral communications. This includes possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination and HSPD-12 PIV card.
- At a minimum, a BS or BA degree.
